Participating in the Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace training was an incredibly valuable experience for me. Emotional intelligence is a critical skill that every manager and leader must possess. Effective communication, conflict resolution, and team management rely on emotional intelligence. Understanding and managing our emotions and empathizing with others can develop stronger relationships with our team and foster a positive work environment. The training gave me a deeper understanding of these concepts and equipped me with practical tools and techniques to apply daily with my team. The training was engaging, informative, and immensely helpful in making me a better colleague and, ultimately, a better person.

Tome: Learning and development are essential to personal and professional growth. Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in a one-day data security and safety training. As a security analyst, this experience was really valuable because I learned a lot about the latest regulations in our country that affect my work and how to adapt to changing circumstances. Also, it was great to network with professionals from different companies in the field. I really hope that I will have the opportunity to attend similar trainings abroad. It would be a fantastic opportunity to expand my knowledge and experiences even more.
