Cosmic Development is looking for a Customer support specialist to join our team and to help and assist with the rapid growth of our client.
Your role will be:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Communicating with customers and users on daily basis
- Daily communication and collaboration with the customer support and tech teams
- Responding promptly to inquires
- Knowing the main purpose, product and activities of the client so can provide correct and accurate answers
- Using different channels of communication (mostly written communication): Skype, emails, forum questions, announcements, social media etc
- Keeping records of customer correspondence, comments and complaints, and collaborating with the team to improve services even more
Basic requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a customer service agent, customer support specialist, call service agent or similar position that includes written and oral communication in English
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer support specialist in the IT industry
- Knowledge and ability to use different channels of social media
- Excellent communication skills
