We’re looking for an exceptional Individual contributor/ Tech builder to focus on AI chatting/conversation companion engine.
We need a highly technical operator and engineering leader who can drive execution, enforce high standards, unblock teams quickly, improve development velocity, and build scalable engineering processes that allow the company to move fast without sacrificing quality or security.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Adding value to the project through their own specialized expertise
- Create accountability, structure, and strong execution standards
- Handle the AI chatting/conversation part
- Work within the AI chatbot companion and handle all the tasks and request
- Maintain and improve the AI chatbot companin engine
Requirements
- Strong experience managing AI chatbots
- Previous working experience with prompt engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Next js, Docker, and Plain js
- Experience in Websockets/ Pusher
- Experience in Redis
- Experience in S3 buckets
- Knowledge and previous experience in Turbo repo
Additional requirements
- Experience with Radix UI
- Experience in React and React Query
- Strong understanding of Postgres
- Strong understanding of Ingest workflows
- Understanding of Qdrant, Vector dbs or similar vector databases or search engines
- Organizational skills
