Office Manager

Your role will be:
– Organisation and maintenance of mailing, shipping, supplies and cash-box;
– Organisation and scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and appointments;
– Organisation office operations and events;
– Coordination with departments on all office equipment;
– Coordination and monitoring of presence of employees;
– Management of office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored

What we need you to have:
– English language;
– Work with Excel ;
– Excellent communication skills;
– Excellent organisational skills ;

You will have an advantage if you have:
– Ambition and readiness to learn and grow;
– Excellent time management skills;
– Team spirit;
