A Decade of Growth and Motivation
The work culture and atmosphere at Cosmic are truly something special. Over the years, working here has brought me so much joy and fulfillment in every sense. Being surrounded by the kind of people I work with daily is a real blessing and a constant motivation. I’m lucky to say I work with the best team.
There’s also something incredibly rewarding about seeing happy clients and colleagues. That feeling of shared success keeps me here and pushes me to continue contributing.

Milestones That Marked the Journey
Every single year at Cosmic has marked progress for me. As the company grew, I grew too, in my career and personal life.
These past ten years were full of milestones. I got married, started a family, and we went through some big changes professionally. We introduced new legal and accounting procedures, implemented digital systems in finance and tax reporting… The list is long!
And then came the pandemic. Like for everyone, it was a tough time, but it also taught us a lot. We learned to be more flexible, organized, and better at balancing work and life. We came out of it stronger.
Navigating Numbers: The Role That Clicked
Finance and accounting are big, constantly evolving areas. You have to keep up with laws, policies, and changes all the time. But with technology advancing, there’s also more room to be creative, to find better ways of doing things, and to offer real value.
For me, 2018 was a turning point. My manager went on maternity leave that year, and I stepped in to take on her responsibilities. It was a big challenge, but also a huge opportunity. I felt myself growing professionally, in confidence, and as a person. That’s when everything clicked, and I knew I was on the right path. And I’ve kept building ever since.
That’s what success feels like.
And that keeps me going: staying motivated, embracing new challenges, and growing, together with the company.
