We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team to help assist with the rapid growth of our client.
If you are a hard-working, smart SRE who wants to work with a team, we want to hear from you. Our portfolio of products and services ranges from reporting and analytics to internal build and deployment automation to a proprietary RTB Ad server processing 100B+ requests per month in addition to processing terabytes of data. You will work on an RTB ad server MFX which processes 80 billion+ requests per month, and you will be responsible for setup, monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining various applications on AWS. Those interested in development will have the opportunity to write new features and tests as well.
Responsibilities: ā Monitor and maintain existing applications ā Improve existing applications (eg. how can we improve response times, maximize CPU utilization to lower costs, or streamline processes?) ā Fix issues as they arise ā Assist other teams with deployments and feature additions ā Maintain constant communication with the team, and collaboration with others on new projects ā Document the work done where needed ā Respond to queries from other teams
Requirements: ā 4+ years of experience with managing servers ā Experience with AWS and other Multi-Region Cloud Environment ā Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Linux servers and applications ā Experience configuring and supporting common applications (eg. php, php-fpm, nginx, git, composer, redis) ā Familiarity with CI/CD skills and processes ā Automation with PHP, Python, Bash ā Ad tech experience is a big plus ā Experience with automating server deployments, alarm resolution, and/or load testing
