Cosmic Development needs a Finance and office assistant to join us and to help and assist our rapid growth. 

Your role will be: 
●  Working with invoices: collecting, archiving, documenting them and communication with external suppliers and vendors for the same purpose
●  Preparation of payment orders and other bank documents
●  Preparation of travel orders and other documents
●  Preparation statistics and reports for accounting purposes
●  Calculation and payments of personal income tax
●  Work with internal programs for finance and accounting purposes
●  Preparation and submitting documents to employees and external institutions regarding financial matters
●  Office management: Organization and maintenance of mailing, shipping, supplies and cash-box for the Skopje office
●  Assisting in internal organization of events for the Skopje office 
What we need you to have: 
● 1+ year of experience as an Accounting or Finance assistant
● Experience with administrative work and financial paperwork
● Experience or knowledge of work with invoices
● Experience or knowledge with statistics and reports
You will have an advantage if you have: 
●  Previous experience or knowledge of calculation and paying taxes
●  Excellent time management skills
●  Excellent communication skills and willingness to communicate with external parties
●  Ambition and readiness to learn and grow
